Asian Beef Burgers with Sriracha Mayo
Because beef burgers are the most famous, we can’t begin the list with anything else. We can, however, spice up the grilling routine with a saucy recipe, beautifully enhanced by a few extra ingredients that will make you lick your fingers with no shame.
First things first! For your burger, you will need lean ground beef, bread crumbs, soy and oyster sauces, a bit of granulated sugar, Asian toasted sesame oil, garlic and onion powder, an egg, ground ginger, as well as salt and pepper. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix them well, and form even patties. Preheat your grill and cook the patties until they are ready. We recommend medium-done burgers. Yummy!
For your tasty Sriracha mayo, you’ll need whole mayo, Sriracha sauce, and dijon mustard. Just combine the ingredients in a bowl, adding more or less Sriracha depending on your taste.
Your Asian-style burgers are almost ready to serve. Just add plenty of Sriracha Mayo on your buns or ciabatta rolls, and don’t forget about cabbage coleslaw mix, without any dressing. Also, a bit of cilantro will give them a unique taste. Bon appetit!
French Onion Chicken Sliders
If you are throwing a dinner party and you know some of your guests don’t really like beef, you can always make a good ol’ burger with a twist... using chicken. And, we have not yet met someone who can resist the delicious French onion and chicken combination!
What you’ll need for this flavorsome recipe is boneless skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced yellow onion, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, butter, dijon mustard, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and of course, slider buns.
Begin with melting the butter in a pan or medium skillet before adding the sliced onion. Saute it for a few minutes and set it aside. Make sure the onion is caramelized and translucent. Then, mixing salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, rub the chicken breasts.
Depending on the type of party you’re throwing, you can cook it in the same pan you used for the onions or on the grill. Just make sure it’s well cooked on each side and, when it’s ready, turn off the heat, add one slice of cheese on top of each piece of chicken, and let it melt. Oh, what a delicious beauty!
Spread the mustard on one half of the bun, add lettuce, the chicken combined with melted cheese, top with the caramelized onion, and indulge!
Vegetarian Chickpea Burgers
Who says that if you don’t eat meat, you can’t enjoy a great burger? Yes, you can, and you’ll love our chickpea recipe.
First, gather the ingredients. Canned chickpeas, which must be well-drained, diced yellow onion and green bell pepper, bread crumbs, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili powder are the elements necessary for the veggie burger itself. You’ll also need burger buns, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and sharp cheddar cheese for serving. Ready?
Mash the chickpeas in a bowl before adding the other ingredients. Combine everything and create 1/2 inch thick patties. If it’s too cold to cook outdoors, just heat a grill pan and cook the patties for a few minutes on each side. When they are ready, add a slice of cheddar on top, letting the burgers on the grill until the cheese starts melting.
Then toast the bun halves before adding the veggie patties, sliced tomato and cucumbers, and serve with French fries.
We also like using garlic mayo, and you should try it as well. The result is lip-smacking good. Dig in!
What do you think about our burger recipes? There is no way your guests will resist any of these. If something is missing, it’s a bit of sweetness! You can enhance your gathering with a finger-licking dessert. And, for an outdoor party, there’s nothing more exciting than marshmallows or some fancy s’mores, especially if some of your guests are kids who are always thrilled to eat and even roast their own goodies.
To make the process safe, upgrade your outdoor kitchen with a set of kid-friendly roasting sticks. They are also great for those family camping trips you’ll always want to remember!
