Can I return a product I bought?
We want you to enjoy Carpathen products as much as we enjoy creating them. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to put it right.
Please read through our Returns Policy below and contact us so our Carpathen team can help you:- Products can be returned within 45 days for a refund or exchange.
- If contacting us for a return, refund or exchange please include your Order number in your email.
- If you would like to return products due to a change of mind, we ask that you cover your return shipping fees.
- We cannot accept returned goods that have been used.
- If you believe there is something wrong with your order or products, please contact us at support@carpathen.com and we will help you to find a solution.
- If you have received the incorrect product order, please do not open the sealed package and contact us within 30 days and we will ensure you get the right product at our cost.
- Any refunds granted will be refunded to the same credit card or PayPal account within 10 business days.

Where do you ship?
Currently we ship in the United States and U.S. Territories but we’re working on shipping worldwide soon. Sit tight and sign up for our newsletter to receive company news like new shipping destinations.

When will I get my products?
Your products will ship within 72 hours from when you receive your confirmation email and you will receive them usually within 3-5 business days. We also have an expedited shipping option available if you want your products sooner!

I haven’t gotten my order, what should I do?
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of ordering please contact support@carpathen.com so that our customer care ambassadors can help.
