Orders leave our warehouse within 72 hours of the confirmation email.
How long until I have it in my hands?

Order still missing?
If tracking hasn’t updated or your package hasn’t arrived 10 days after ordering, email support@carpathen.com. Our Customer Care team will make it right.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Carpathen purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we fix it.
Return window
You have 45 days from delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility checklist
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- You include your order number in the email
- You contact us within 30 days for any incorrect, damaged or defective items (and please don’t open them!)
How to start a return
1. Email support@carpathen.com with your order number and a brief note.
2. We’ll reply with:
- A pre‑paid label if the product is damaged/incorrect.
- Instructions for change‑of‑mind returns (customer pays postage).
3. Pack the item safely and drop it off with the carrier.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds hit your original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges ship as soon as your return is on its way back to us.
Who pays return shipping?
- Change of mind: Customer covers return costs.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: We cover everything.
